The Process

Ordering your wedding invitations and stationery online is very simple and usually comes in 4 easy steps.

1 | Enquiry/Brief

The first step is to contact me with a brief outline of your inspiration and budget.

I will respond with a quotation. Alternatively, you can organise an appointment for a free 1 hour video or in person design consultation for inspiration. Or order a sample pack here.

2 | Deposit and Contract

Once you are happy with the initial quotation, a 50% deposit is required to get the project started.

I will also send you some homework;

  • A contract to sign

  • Wedding Questionaire to fill in with your wedding details and wording preferences

  • A spreadsheet to fill in with your guest names and addresses (I need this back just before step 4)

3 | Proof

I will send you a digital proof for your approval.

This includes a round of refinement with 2 free changes (if you wish!) to the design. When you are happy and all details have been confirmed, you can hit that approve button. Production will not commence without your signed approval. At this stage, the balance of payment is due.

4 | Printing and Production

Time taken for this process is usually approximately 2-3 weeks. See order Timelines.

I will advise when your wedding invitations and stationery are ready for collection. Alternatively, I can post the goods to you, or your guests (shipping fees apply).
