The time we first made contact was during the tough COVID restrictions and we were also located in Sydney but you made it seem like we actually met you in person by jumping on Face time and being attentive and through that one call all our inspirations and ideas were covered and we were able to make our decision straight away! From there, the turnaround was amazing and we received our gorgeous custom wedding invitations. Seamless process from start to finish took only 3 weeks, mind you we are located in Sydney and you in Newcastle! We knew exactly what we wanted and sent a mock up of the look we were after (simple and elegant, thick white card with gold foil) and she designed a custom suite for us. They turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined.
