When to order your stationery and signage.

Ok so the invites are out and you are starting to receive feedback on how gorgeous they are! You have probably started to wonder when you need to lock in your stationery and signage to flow through your day and tie back into your invitations.

8 weeks out from your wedding is the best time to start finalising your details with your venue and stylist. Things like, finalising your menu and cake selections need to be done at this point.

You may not have your rsvp’s in but that’s ok - start doing a rough draft of your seating plan assuming most people can come - you may already have a rough idea of who may not be able to make it.

6-5 weeks out from your wedding is the best time to have a chat with me about your signage and stationery choices (if you haven’t already!) I will send you a quote and ask for your deposit.

5-4 weeks out is for proofing - by now you will be receiving your RSVP’s back and be chasing the stragglers. You can send me your final menu choices and your final seating plan. Approval for your final proofs needs to be no later than 3 weeks from your wedding date. (i.e no more changes!)

3-2 weeks out is for printing and postage (if needed). Couriers are still super slow at the moment so allowing extra time will save a lot of stress for all!
